Dale Geldart, CEO
Dale Geldart is responsible for eXludus’s global sales and marketing activities and driving corporate objectives. He has more than 20 years start-up experience successfully bringing innovative high technology products to market.  Dale’s degrees include a Master’s degree (finance) and Bachelor’s degree (administration) from Boston College and Stonehill College, respectively.

Michael Declerck, Vice President Engineering
Michael Declerck has more than 20 years of experience designing, developing and deploying innovative solutions in some of the most performance demanding computing environments in the world, including NERSC, Industrial Light & Magic, and the Institute for Defense Analysis.  Prior to joining eXludus, Michael has held senior management positions at Terrascale Technologies (acquired by Rackable Systems), Quantum and Sistina Software (acquired by Redhat).  Mr. Declerck holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas.
